Orange peel with white chocolate

Like the soul of Sicily, our desserts have a thousand facets. One of these is as white and sweet as orange peel glazed with white chocolate. For the realization of these sweets we use Sicilian blood oranges grown in the countryside of the provinces of Catania, Enna and Syracuse.
